But, is it not so, that corruption is not only going on in these dictator
countries, but also in and around UN ?
It takes a lot less to buy a dictator of a small country than it does to bribe a President or Prime Minister of a large country. And, since both have the same number of votes, it's much more cost effective to go for the dictator.

In fact Lyndon Johnson once said, that the massmedias are so powefull, that
they can
decide who is sitting as a president in USA !
Assuming that they all join up and march in lockstep.

Democracy can not be said to be a reality as long as cowboy-like
trade-policies al a Goring rules the boats in different countries.
Please think about this sentences.
I don't even understand those sentences.

I often meditate on the movie named "Yes - Minister" - with the excellent
civil servant named "Humphrey".
Do they have a "Humphrey" in USA ?
It was a television series (later called "Yes, Prime Minister"), and they did carry it in the United States. For those who don't know, it was a well-meaning British minister up against an extraordinary man representing the British Civil Service, who was supposed to be his assistant, but in fact used every trick imaginable to prevent the minister from actually accomplishing anything. The civil servant usually won, but occasionally, the minister came out on top. Reminded me of President Jimmy Carter of the United States, except the minister in the TV show was more effective and didn't give up.
