It is not clear to me why a discussion about the identity of
a Mahatma involves "sacred matters."
The historical records as found at:
A Casebook of Encounters with the Theosophical Mahatmas
http://www.blavatskyarchives.com/mastersencounterswith.htm
are available for anyone to read and study. It is only
natural for interested readers to wonder if the Mahatmas
were real or not and if real persons who they might have
been.
Is it "idle speculation" and treading on "sacred matters" to
try to understand the life of Christ or of the Buddha?
Many consider the study of history as idle speculation and
a waste of time. Does Dr Ramanujachary believe that, too?
