My views are only views:

The following is an wellmeant attempt to extend the views in the mentioned
link about Cults and their teachers: http://www.deikman.com.

One thing I did'nt find in the below link was, that
within Theosophy it is recognized, that if it is nescessary,
a teacher may lie or degrade himself or herself.

There is a socalled Mahatma Letter from Morya on that and about Blavatsky
(as The Old Woman). http://www.theosociety.org/pasadena/mahatma/ml-47.htm
(1882)

"You know K.H. and me -- buss! know you anything of the whole Brotherhood
and its ramifications? The Old Woman is accused of untruthfulness,
inaccuracy in her statements. "Ask no questions and you will receive no
lies." She is forbidden to say what she knows. You may cut her to pieces and
she will not tell. Nay -- she is ordered in cases of need to mislead people;
and, were she more of a natural born liar -- she might be happier and won
her day long since by this time. But that's just where the shoe pinches,
Sahib. She is too truthful, too outspoken, too incapable of dissimulation:
and now she is being daily crucified for it. Try not to be hasty, respected
Sir. The world was not made in a day; nor has the tail of the yak developed
in one year. Let evolution take its course naturally -- lest we make it
deviate and produce monsters by presuming to guide it."


Not all teachings or knowledge are to be revealed to the unprepared
readers...

Vol. 2: "The Initiate in The New World" written by Cyril Scott also
mentions how the teacher J. M. H. considered teaching and how a teacher
behaves.
Try reading chapter 2 !

Teacher or socalled teachers and advicers do for intstance not go around
bragging about their capeabilities....aeehm...
I think I will have to rethink that one.

There is also the use of the Seven Keys, while writing and teaching etc.
(The Secret Doctrine, vol. 1, p. 310-25)

There is the teaching, the time, the place, the pupil(s), the Teacher, the
surroundings etc...
These has to be in best possible harmony- to make the teaching occur with
penetration....
Some teachings are made to just one audience. Other teachings are made to
other audiences.
Some teachings are coded, has several layers of interpretation and contains
more than one message. Some teachings are too old. Some teachings are too
early. Some teachings are just too late...etc...

And let us remember it is always possible to raise an opposition against
anything in the dualistic world.


Try also reading the next intended email by me. It is about on a "Melon".

All the above are just views and nothing else.
I am a nobody, a zippo - and ignorant.
Other writers here at Theos-Talk has often concluded that. So I guess they
are right.
