If it was aimed specifically at Iraq, that is a great relief. The 
way it was reported locally, he was aiming his guns everywhere, and 
there was concern expressed by commentators that this was a very 
dangerous change of policy. I like the version you heard a lot 
better than the version we were given in this area.
