Are you saying that there is no historic justification for believing
that this was a Theosophical idea, or that the idea itself has no
historic justification? If you mean the former or both, then I agree; if
you mean only the latter, then I must disagree. Remember, Alice Bailey
quit the Theosophical Society after she was tossed out of the Esoteric
Section, and only started publishing her racist views afterwards. 

It is interesting that in Bailey's "channeled" works, the racism, while
still there, is far less pronounced than in the works she wrote on her
own.
