I was not able to make out what you were getting at here. If you are
saying the British were not racists, you are mistaken. Not only the
British but the French justified their behavior in terms of racist
theories. De Quatrefages, whom {B quotes, said in his book that he
was a racist, but he mentioned it in passing, and did not rant as
modern racists do.
You are correct that there is no historical justification for the
Theosophical idea that some races are "inferior" and need to be wiped
out or lorded over by superior master races. The Neanderthals
disappeared for reasons unknown, but since then no races have
disappeared except for the Tasmanians, and the reasons in each case
of decline has been human agency and not a cosmic cycle.
