brothers/sisters and . . .

I suspect that there's a tendency out there on the part of,
say, a number of Theosophists, to so
exoterically/conventionally interpret possible
Theosophically relevant concepts relating to
"brother/sister" (among other things) that attempts to
clarify "about such relevance" in "more esoteric/more
relevant" terms, might, (generally?), tend to fall somewhat
short of a "meaningful enough" target, so . . .
Or, another perspective (?): if all Theosophists were
"sisters," I wonder how the "brothers" might feel about
that . . . I don't know about the rest of you brodders and
people out there, but, hey man, I'm no sissy, noway, so if
the membership rules were changed sos us guys had to call
ourselves "sisters," no way I'd hang around that there TS
another second, man.
Having written that last paragraph (well, kind of tongue in
cheek, BUT . . . not that I'm not a real macho guy, and all
that, mind you, eh!) . . . but, I suspect that what that
question/issue brings to the fore might be something that I
might've experienced, in some form, to some extent,
personally at some TS meetings that were attended by a
younger woman who, apparently, came to check out what
went on at a "Theosophical meeting." Thinking back, she
may have felt somewhat left out because of what she
might have seen as a rather overpowering male aura or
predominant influence in the room. She was the only
younger female there. Like her, I had just joined the TS,
but, (unlike her?), my speculative approach seems to have
substantially enough shielded me from the kind of people
allergies that people in general seem to so often succumb
to, one way or another, "partly" or otherwise.
The moral of this story, of course, is: before you go out
the door, each day, make sure you bring your speculator
pills with you! What's in those pills? Windex, I think.
Anyway, that stuff works on EVERYTHING! If you don't
believe me, go see "My Big Fat Greek Wedding."
Speculatively,
Mauri
PS On the other hand, I hope you'll take it easy with those
speculator pills. They tend to be addictive! In my case,
for example, having steeped myself in my speculative
addiction, I seem to have caused some people (like Wry,
apparently?) to upchuck all over themselves while reading
my "disgusting" speculations (I think that was the word
Wry used), so . . . what can I say!? Sorry, Wry. And of
course scores of other people seem to react similarly to
my posts. A plus side of my addiction might be that, as I
get more and more addicted, of course fewer and fewer
people respond to my speculations, so I get more and more
free time to do other things, like "speculate without
writing"! Neat, eh, speculatively speaking?
