Brigitte,
Thank you for your response and clarifications. It is much 
appreciated. On a 
lighter note, don't worry about the transitions of English from your 
native German
as most of us know and overlook any small thing there. In the 1950's 
when I was
for 27 months in Germany I almost single handedly created civic chaos 
simply
by the innocent act of my crude attempts to use German in asking "where 
is the
Information Bureau ?" . People I asked on the street were prone to 
breaking into
horrific bouts of side splitting laughter with tears streaming down 
their faces as 
they gripped their sides in pain. Here at least there is one person that 
will understand 
the gap to be bridged when attempting to communicate across languages, 
lol.
