Dr. Tillett's biography of Leadbeater

I would like to purchase a copy of Dr. Tillett's biography. I tried
Amazon.com and couldn't find it under the author Dr. Gregory Tillett. could
someone tell me how to obtain a copy? After reading for the last month on
the official positions of various theosophy groups I am very interested in a
skeptic's position. The truth may lie somewhere in the middle.
