Dear Doss,
it's to be found in the special issue of the German Section "Adyar" journal,
where she gives an interview with the editor Hank Troemel: Adyar special:
Theosophie und Buddhismus (Theosophy and Buddhism), 1995. I assume this
issue is also available in English. In that Radha said in conclusion (from
my memory, as the book is now in the abyss of my many book batches) that
every member has the right to study and believe what he/she prefers, but Sai
Baba must not be made an official programme part of any Secretary or Lodge
as the TS as such can't support his self declaring as God.
