You have hit the nail on its head.

I think that too much head learning and appreciation of all the "theories"
& "doctrines" and all the song and dance and rituals and mental gymnastics
with lack of practical application of brotherhood/sisterhood may be why
theosophy has not attracted the public interest as should have. Let us all
think about it.
