Thank you Visanu,

I enjoyed your message and I intend to get back to it after I'm
back from work.  You're very right when you say that Krishnamurti
doesn't give any technique to achieve what he regards as
"fundamental: to empty the mind of all conditionings".  There are
no techniques, no guidelines of actions.  Each way is unique.
All of us have to use our own resources and use our own intuition
to do that.

I also plan to investigate the web site you recommended.
