Dear Rich,
Some years ago a Theosophist named Jeanine Miller was at one of
the London Theosophical History conferences. She was from Paris
and was, I'm told, holder of an advanced degree which involved a
specialty in the Vedas. At the time I remember being told that
she was a strong admirer of the Bailey system, and believed that
it unlocked keys in the Vedas beyond anything in the Theosophical
literature. I don't know if she ever published anything on that
in French or English, and am skeptical of the claim, but thought
it relevant to your question.
Cheers
Paul
