It's not necessarily a secret.  In "Crimes and Mercies," it says:

"More than nine million Germans died as a result of Allied
starvation and expulsion policies in the first five years after the
Second World War"

"Other Losses" says:

"a policy of hatred deliberately and indifferently caused the death by
disease, exposure, and starvation of massive numbers of disarmed
German soldiers and some civilians."

"After the Reich" is "a comprehensive, unsparing account of what
happened to the German people when the tables were turned."

"A Terrible Revenge" is another book about the same subject.  All of
these are available, free, online.

If the Nuremberg trials had been based on law, maybe Eisenhower, for
starters, would have been on trial.
