I do not know about lower level. Some of the key people are continuing.
Policy matters are decided by the President, & we will have to wait and see
if there are any new initiatives from the top. While the recent visit of
Dalai Lama to Chicago which was coordinated from Wheaton and was a great
success, its effect on the spread of theosophy in the USA and growth of TS
membership is yet to be seen.
The membership is languishing around 4,000 for years (in spite of efforts of
the leaders and access to lots of money) with low retention rate and
significant number of un-attached members.
This is an area we will have to see if there is any significant effort to
recruit and retain members.
