1900 Letter from Mahatma KH to Besant - Printed in Quest Magazine

The famous 1900 letter to Annie Besant from Mahatma KH has finally appeared
in the Quest Magazine of the American Section. For a long time, all that was
released by TS(Adyar) was a redacted version until the full text was printed
by Eclectic Theosophist in 1987.
There are several important issues discussed in the letter and I wish there
was an in depth discussion of them in the Quest.
Later today when I find time, I would post my comments on the issues in the
letter.
