A suggestion to: Explaining the TS connection and lack thereof

Dear friends

My views are:

There is an ongoing and interesting thread on forum named The Theosophical Network named:
>Explaining the TS connection and lack thereof<
http://theosnet.ning.com

MKR wrote there:
"Independence is critical for the success of forums in Internet and as Joe mentioned we are ready to cooperate with anyone who can contribute to the mission of this forum."

M. Sufilight says:
Now I will seek to contribute. But I will do it here on Theos-talk, because my posts at The Theosophical Network has a heavy tendency of getting deleted.
I ask here in the below some questions, which the readers might read and consider carefully.

I ask:

*** 1 ***
THE OBJECTS of THE THEOSOPHICAL NETWORK:
Are the objects on on the front page of the forum The Theosophical Network not formulated in a manner, which are relating it - much more - to one of the Theosophical organisations in existence today more than others in existence, and others which existed in the past?

Here are an excerpt of the objects as presented today, (in column one):
"Our objectives are:

1) To form a nucleus of the Universal Brotherhood of Humanity, without distinction of race, creed, sex, caste, or color.

2) To encourage the comparative study of religion, philosophy, and science.

3) To investigate unexplained laws of nature and the powers latent in humanity."

Now turn to and read in the...
CONSTITUTION AND RULES OF THE THEOSOPHICAL SOCIETY, 1891 ---
ARTICLE I; - http://www.global-theosophy.net/ts_constitution_rules.php

Is it not true that the objects was not like the ones on the forum named The Theosophical Network than they were in Theosophical Society in 1891?
And what do we learn from the difference in emphasis by the promoters of and behind The Theosophical Network?

Could one not easily say that the forum has deviated from the Original Programe of the Theosophical Society as it was given in 1875-1891 in its Constitutions and Rules. Do you not think so?
And what altruistic motivation was and is there behind such a deviation? Was and is it to give more space to non-Eastern teachings? And is that healthy?
Was the Masters and the founders of the TS off-track from the very beginning?

POLITICS or No-POLITICS at THE THEOSOPHICAL NETWORK:
And when there is no clear stance on avoidance of political exchanges - one could easily say that the forum has deviated from the Original Programe of the Theosophical Society as it was given in 1875-1891 in its Constitutions and Rules. Do you not think so?

Now turn to the...
CONSTITUTION AND RULES OF THE THEOSOPHICAL SOCIETY, 1891 ---
 ARTICLE XIII; - http://www.global-theosophy.net/ts_constitution_rules.php

Is it not true that the objects was not like that in 1891?
And what do we learn from the difference in emphasis by the promoters of and behind The Theosophical Network?

*** 3 ***
SELF-APPOINTED MODERATORs at THE THEOSOPHICAL NETWORK:
And when there are moderators (to some another word for self-elected Popes?) on the forum, who are operating in a sort of blurred manner (through a set of rules on how free public speech can be kept were it belongs ---- so to speak, smile) compared to the aims of the forum and its rules, we can ask ourselves, what kind of new "racket" or to some perhaps "con", the forum has turned it self into?
Well...can we not, or aught we not?

And what is it to be non-secterian?

*** 4 ***
Two question with regard to theosophical forums and groups:
Are there a difference between consorship towards exchanges between Ph.D's and people without university grades, or those whom the moderators of a forum know in advance?
Are those who have a name, or are wellknown in public, or those who are known lecturers, or who has a Ph.D. or similar to be respected - more - than those who are not?

See also another thread related to the above thread:
If we were to start the Theosophical Society from scratch, what would we do?
http://theosnet.ning.com/forum/topics/if-we-were-to-start-the

All the question in the above was asked to be of service to the promotion of altruism, so the ensure that the aims yield results.
Thanks you for listening to what I have to say.

from the heart
M. Sufilight
