Nice loophole to get assets one doesn't have to pay for.

Orlando Lodge is chartered by TSA. TSA Board of Directors decided to cancel
the charter and take over the assets of the lodge. Under the International
Rules, the decision of the Section can be appealed to the International
President. When Orlando lodge did that, the International President decided
to attach the lodge to Adyar for a couple of years. Attaching a lodge
directly to Adyar has happened before in the history of TS.
