I think that I have an offset-printed facsimile copy of this book, "The Inner Group Teachings of H.P. Blavatsky: To Her Personal Pupils", bound in spirals, that was published about 30 or 40 years ago by a small publisher, Health Research, of Mokelumne Hill, California, that specialized in reprinting out-of-copyright old books on the occult, health, and controversial subjects generally. It is not certain whether they still exist; the firm's director was a chiropractor named Wilborn.
I will see if can find it. As I remember, it appears that the original was typed with a manual typewriter, and may have been printed by means of a spirit duplicator.

Dear MKR and Friends,
The Inner Group Teachings of H.P. Blavatsky: To Her Personal Pupils,
H. J. Spierenburg: $195.00 in Amazon website (webbookstore).
Original price in Point Loma Publishing was $15,00.
I want the book but I am not rich.
