Sacred Texts online sell most out of copyright books one one DVD and they have 
lives of reading for free download. Printing is too oldfashioned and a waste of 
trees...

Sorry I mistook. SD can be downloaded for free.

I feel that 99% of the material in the Commentaries are not even owned by
the publishers and the added work is marginal,  in the opinion of many
theosophists. That is why it is high time it is made available for free on
the Internet.
