Do you mean Rakoczi? According to theosophical sources, Rakoczi was
an earlier incarnation of St.Germain. While much is known about the
Rakoczis, St. Germain emerged out of the thin air and nothing is
known for sure about his background or what his life was like prior
to entering the scene of high European politics in late 18th century.
