Those interested in the International organizational matters of TS, may
recall a lot of discussions took place since the last elections in 2008, on
this list and as well as other forums. One issue was the election of
additional members of the General Council.

I just found out that an historical analysis was made of the past records on
this issue. While the factual information is available in the published
annual reports of TS, one needs to have access to a good library to find
