Thanks for your help. I have volume two here below the reproduction is the caption: "( page four of the document, page three being blank) . It doesn't tell us anything about pages 1 and 2. Indexed are page 1 opposite page 320 and page2 opposite page321 of collected writings volume II. Page 1 on page 320 has the drawing of the "Tomb of the Inca" and the enigmatiz figures Blavatsky spoke of but I hunted high and low on Google Earth for it and I can't locate it. It doesn't seem to be marked by Peru or the Google Earth Community scanning the margin of the ocean shore doesn't reveal any marker so far. I am perplexed that the Peruvian Government hasn't indicated it on Google Earth. The description of how she first saw it is on page 340 Vol. II. Blavatsky references Dr. Tschudi on page 340. I have personal reasons for a strong interest on this topic because in 1976 and 977 we had to get an Experiencer to Tiahuanaco, Bolivia fro Transformation twice . He spent time in Lima, Cusco, Tiahuanaco , Toro Muerto, Nasca (one of his predawn abductions placed him on the regenerative leg of the Spider on the plain of Nasca (he had a black out at age 16 and a spider was tattooed on his right fore arm ) his experiencer tale takes in descents of Mind, Physical, or Spirit to at different intervals beginning at 40,000 B.C. at Tiahuanacu, and then proceeding to other locations on the planet, Dodona, Giza, Stonehenge, Toro Muerto, and others, They enumerated 8 "descents" but said there were more. The Inca played a part in the scenery they described. So I get very interested about the History of So. America. The children were in awe of the Puma that was tattooed on his left fore arm as it indicated to them the dietyTicci Viracocha. 
There is a 2 volume set of books published by a Unite States Senator named Miles Poindextor titled "The Aymar Incas" in it there are wonderful plates that represent each of the Inca Kings. Sen Poindexter has free access to the Library of Congress lol. I used to have his work but a book dealer wanted them, the pages had not been cut to seperate them in the volumes! But they contained good information if you "read between the pages" lol!.

As I've mentioned sometime ago, I recall the map was published. After asking a 
friend, he confirmed it and a copy of the map is on H. P. Blavatsky Collected 
Writings, vol. II, opposite page 336. 

Now we just need to organize an expedition to Peru... :)

I note a tendency to scoff at the proposed price with a tinge of Jealousy. The 
price is steep to any of us (I bought my incomplete copy for under 50 dollars), 
but one should do well to see these artefacts as priceless and historical 
objects representing the solidifcations of theosophical doctrine. 

Just look at the shambles the archives of theosophy are in. We cannot even 
establish what happened with Einstein's purported copy of the Secret Doctrine. 
It is stated that Adyar has it; Adyar says it doesn't have it. 

And then the discussion about Blavatsky's South-American tunnel entrance map. 
Supposedly Adyra has the original. But is a high res digital scan of it readily 
available to any researcher? Of course not. I wonder if there's anyone still 
alive at the Adyar archives - or that years, decades of neglect and lack of true 
archival maintenance skills are masked by a profound and arrogant silence from 
those regions. 

Why still no website with the relevant documents as pdf downloads? Why does 
theodophy not make use of the modern means of communication? No wonder nobody 
these days is seriously interested in theodophy, except as a quaint, old cult 
fad of our grandmothers.
