The times shown in the TS World Congress website is local Rome time which is
Central European Time. It is GMT + 2 Hours.

For theosophists in the Central Daylight Time in the USA, it is 7 hours
ahead of USA time. Which makes the morning sessions start at 2.00 AM. All
the afternoon sessions start at 9.00AM USA CDT which makes it convenient
time to watch.

I hope the talks are archived so that anyone can watch it at a convenient
time.
