Please correct me if I misunderstood your words in the lines below:
The President of the TS has to have a large ego in order to run an international organization? Excuse me, but we are not talking about a business organization. We are talking of a spiritual organization here. I don't remember that having a large ego is necessary for spiritual growth and development. Having a whole one is...but not a large or big one...that is an obstacle.

Everything that is going on can be read on the Internet archives. For a
newbee or prospective member, they would be perplexed as to what is going on
and they would be confused. So this has created an environment that would
make it difficult to recruit new members Any amount of gimmicks and song
and dance is not going to mislead prospective members. Let us hope wisdom
dawns on those who have the serious duty and responsibility to further
theosophy in the world. Keeping silent is not going to work.
