Yes, and then that way Adyar will become the Indian Section headquarters instead of the international one. As is, the number of western or foreign workers in Adyar has reduced since 1994...or after that since 2001.
Now they are going to have part-time Indian workers who have jobs outside full-time but because the international president kicks out committed workers who have a different view, and thus is left with more inefficient and ineffective workers than efficient ones, these part-timers enjoy all the privileges as the full-time ones, plus have the facility to earn extra money outside. This will eventually lead to their lack of commitment to the work of the TS which pays nothing or very less...So one can be a part-time worker of Adyar from Chennai itself or any other part of India.
And if the eventuality of Adyar becoming the Indian Section hq prevails, Mrs Burnier can be its President, while the post of international president will fall vacant. Any takers for that post?

Perhaps the branches should do the excommunicating of Adyar before Adyar excommunicates them.
