On June 12th 1995 it sent, with this new name in header, the Invitation to the members of the Theosophical Society in Slovenia to the Annual Assembly, to be held on June 25th 1995, with the agenda of the Assembly. Number 7 of the agenda was: Rules of the Theosophical Society. A proposal of new Rules, without any previous procedure, was represented to the members present at the Assembly and a voting for the acceptance of this proposal took place. New Rules were in that way confirmed by less than 20 or one third of members (acting also on behalf of "in bianco" proxies) present at the Assembly.

The Society was registered by the Republican Secretariat for the Internal Affairs in Ljubljana under the number 16/4-S-024/11-89 on July 7th 1989 under the name the Theosophical society. They were actually even more restrictive than those from the socialistic period. So, from then on this "inner" Society manages the Theosophical Society in Slovenia and in due time even adopted some "inner" Rules which are not public.

This seems to be the situation in many places. And even worse thing is these inner groups generally claim to work under the Outer Head of ES, who is also the President of TS. Doesn't Outer Head know what these so called inner groups do, when they directly report to the Outer Head?
