Yes, officially both the US and Europe have majority Christian population. I was told by an American 'Christian' friend that there are around 50 per cent people in America who are, to some extent, serious about their Christian religion. Same might be true about Europe. Still it is very high Christian population and is a considerable force in influencing culture and creating values and attitudes.
