Is it true that you are saying their are members of this thread monitoring and sitting in the background being inactive in discussions and that you are hoping they step forward to contribute to discussions?

      I think it is good to hear from others on this list. May be there are some

important ones that we all need to pay attention. If members do not raise

them, it looks like the "leaders"/"elders" are in their own cocoon and do

not see them.
