My understanding of the functioning of any public organization is that important information in regard to the work of its bodies is normally provided to the interested public (certainly membership included) by the administrative office of the organization. But it seems to me that although this service of the administration of the international Theosophical Society is presently absent the information you are looking for is available on the following links:
