            Organizations and politicians find it difficult to deal with people who are

independent thinkers because you cannot control them. But independent

thinking is exactly what is needed for an individual to grow. For too long,

in some theosophical circles, sheepish mentality is misconstrued to be

essential for moving towards chelaship; and many believed it, because it is

easy to be a sheep than an independent thinker.
