Nope. After dissolving the OSE the Ommen venue was used till I think 1936 by the new organization. Anand gave the date July 29, 1931 and that's probably right. K's audience would have been anybody getting to the gathering which could be attended without any pre-qualification of any kind of membership.

  opposed to what I say. Please see the gravity of this. Do not try to 
  compromise these beliefs with 
  what I say. "
