Theos-World Re: Dark Fellowships: The Vril

Hello everyone

Like Theo, I was also a contributor to the 'Dark Fellowships: The
Vril Society.'

The first point I'd like to make is that I was filmed and interviewed
for three hours and yet only around fifteen minutes of my interview
and filming appeared on the programme.

More importantly, I was quoted out of context. Single sentences were
taken entirely uprooted from the background in which I had said them.

The result was to give a somewhat superficial rendition of my views.

I have little doubt that Theo and the other two contributors also
experienced this treatment.

On the specific question of Blavatsky's racism, I am afraid that she
was a woman of her time and country. There is little doubt that she
DID hold racist views although it is a long way from simple racism to
any kind of assimilation with the far more sinister Nazi philosophy.

I regard Blavatsky as having made important contributions in her work
but like all of us she had her blind spots.

Theo, it is nice to meet you even if only online!
