What? Books by Bailey? They are. Not only in English but in German and
Russian too.

World Order, the Externalization of the Hierarchy within UN, the Great
Invocation

And what's bad about that? They use UN to promote their teaching, not
using T.S. to promote UN or any other political movement.
As for invocation, the bailists quote the same Key To Theosophy in
support of that:

"Q. Do you not believe at all in the efficacy of prayer?
A. Not in prayer taught in so many words and repeated externally, if
by prayer you mean the outward petition to an unknown God as the
addressee, which was inaugurated by the Jews and popularized by the
Pharisees.
Q. Is there any other kind of prayer?
A. Most decidedly; we call it will-prayer, and it is rather an
internal command than a petition."

To the latter kind they ascribe the Great Invocation, because they are
not asking for something but say "Let...". It's a kind of affirnation.

> THEOSOPHIST. We do not. We act, instead of talking. "

As for action, bailists act much more than theosophists, while the
latter are talking more.
