Don't blame Radha Burnier for failure of officers in America and
Europe. TS gives considerable freedom to officers in other countries.
And when they fail in other countries, it is their own inability to
perform.
In India condition of Theosophy is much better. It is true that
certain things can be improved. It is true that Radha is not perfect,
but one can't expect perfection from a human being. Other officers are
even worse than Radha.
I have seen some good people in India, who, I think, should hold high
posts.
