Second big mistake in present constitution of the TS

General Council is the most powerful council responsible for the work
of the TS. In this General Council, General Secretary of each section
is given one sit and one vote.
India has 13000 members and Greek section has 140 members. Then how
can you give equal powers to the General Secretary of India and the
General Secretary of Greece ? Despite huge differences of membership
under them, these two GS' enjoy equal decision making powers in the
General Council.
This is another big mistake in present constitution of the TS.
It is like giving equal powers to Bill Gates who holds millions of
shares in Microsoft and another person who might be holding ten shares
of microsoft.
