Neo-Platonism was a religion. Platonism is a manifestation of profound

Hello Adelasie
I cannot recall the article but I think HPB stated that Theosophy was a
Philosophy went writing to the Archbishop of Canterbury. Albeit a philosophy
grounded in ancient philosophies. Platonism is not a religion?

fundamental. However, Theosophy is defined originally as a synthesis
of science, philosophy and religion, with each segment interdependent
