I agree a lot with your below words on the failure. And good questions you put there.

But to me, the greatest failure was allowing C. W. Leadbeater to be a member on the same level again. And this without any clairification of the stance paedophile victims would have in the future so-called loving and caring altrustic theosophical vision. 
What do you think about this?

  project has failed. That should save many people from getting misled
  by J. Krishnamurti. 
  I request that other active Theosophical workers should also declare
  Krishnamurt project had failed and/or give link to my article "Failure
