Morten,
The bible????? Now it's the bible????!!!! Lol!.Who said anything about the bible???? lol!
Excuse me ! Judiasm has two progeny Children----- Christianity and Islam both of which are entirely dependent upon the existance of Judiasm. I follow the motif of the Patriarch with the two sons. El had two sons Baal and Yamm. And the Patriarches had two sons Cain and Abel and so on. I think it is funny that the "Cornerstone" is used in your H. P.B. quote because the Cornerstone is a hallmark of Masonic Iconography and wasn't Christ alleged to have said "Upon this rock I Found my Church"?
Are we headed to the door-sill fetishes of ancient times? I hope not! lol

In all seriousness I have noted in my personal readings that early on H.P.B.was intimate with Co-Masons ( read the references I posted) and has her Honorary Diploma from them. I personally am not a Mason or Co-mason, I don't like oaths of secrecy they make your mind some one elses property and then they claim even your very thoughts as their own. It is all pendantry, pomp and circumsatnce and reinforced what Patanjali instructs against. Damodar in his description of the Central Place seems to me at least to describe a place of worship and benediction not neccessisarily catholic or hindu or buddhist. Much as I related to you of my view of Catholics I also say of the Masonic organizations and branches. They perform a great deal of benevolent, charitable, selfless acts in societys. I might also add that there are Islamic Organizations that perform similar acts here or same actions in societys where they are a majority. The Focus should be upon Service to Mankind, selfless when pos
sible, but all good works qualify beginning where the buck stops, and then upwards. The Bodhisattva Vow is to Return for the benefit of the living Buddha's in each of us. Perhaps the Two Mahatma's have a correlate to Purush and Prakrit? When the Formula "Find Out Who You Really Are" is realiized by Mankind it will be in the future not in our present Now. In the meantime------.

Regards,
John

Yes?
So what about it?
What about the Bible, and the Bible in the auras of the Freemasons?

Yes, especially the Bible.

Morten,
Due to the fact that you have been elsewhere and not here for a long time you missed a great deal of content. You would, I know be interested in the posts that were made by Carl Ek and Dr. Tillet that deals with things like E.S.T.S No. 1, The Code of Sikha, ( 11/3-9/2006), The Royal Oriental Order of the Sikha (Apex) and Sat Bhai, Damodar K. Malavankar writes about the "Chief Central Place", (10/12/2006), Olcutt's Postscript ( 3/12-14/2006) in Theos-World Archives. Dr. Tillet and Carl Ek along with members here spent a considerable time discussing the evolution of the Co-Masonic transmissions and Rosecruxian features including the Liberal Catholic Church.

Yes. It is obvious that the Co-Masons want a J. Krishnamurti cult and not the wisdom of the true theosophical society and aim of Master KH and other Masters.

Subject: Theos-World TS - Some more of KH's 1900 Letter

In the closing of 1900 letter, Master KH says:

"The T.S. was meant to be the corner_stone of the future religions of
humanity. To accomplish this object those who lead must leave aside their
weak predilections for the forms and ceremonies of any particular creed and
show themselves to be true Theosophists both in inner thoughts and outward
observance. The greatest of your trials is yet to come. We watch over you
but you must put forth all your strength."
===xxx===

MKR: Is the reference to "forms and ceremonies" include that of Co-Masonry?
I wonder. The Master's emphasis on being a true Theosophists both in inner
thoughts and outward observance, is also significant. The outside world see
what we do and hence it has an impact on how they perceive theosophy.

I wish some of the theosophical leaders are participants here and respond to
questions like this so that the we are all clear in our minds.
