In this election both the candidates are not electioneering
(campaigning) to any considerable extent. It is only when candidates
campaign that ordinary people know their plus points  of different
candidates and what they are lacking, their mistakes, weaknesses. When
campaigning is not there, ordinary members don't know strengths and
weaknesses of the candidates. So members vote blindly without
analysing. As that is the thing which has happened in many earlier
elections and as same blind voting will be happening without much
information and analysis, this election can be called as pseudo-election.
