Re: Radha Burnier's Health: Testimony of a Neurologist

Thanks for bringing forward Dr. Zagar's well sustained assessment of
President's health condition - its pity that it comes so late.

>I am very surprised about some disinformations of Radha's health
which some members of TS are circulating on internet. It is against
all ethical rules.

I hope all this unbrotherly actions on internet will come to an end.
Everyone of us should listen to our own heart and not come to a
decision under the influence of anybody.<

I admit that public discussion on and uncovering of one's health
condition is ethically dubious but I think that in the current
situation there existed conflict of duties for there was present
still more unethical circulation of various letters and estimations
of the President's health condition out of partial interests.
Therefore publication of related documents threw light on the whole
process and actually gave to the members opportunity to come to a
more independent insight. More over, this experience can lead to the
establishment of higher ethical standards regarding the election
process and overall functioning of the TS in the future.
