This is the most important point about election of President.
Indian Section has almost half of the members. That means they decide
who will become President. Naturally they will vote for Indian person
i.e. Radha Burnier. If in future foreigner has to become President of
TS, they will have to increase their membership to much higher level.
Till then Indian person will always get elected as President of TS.
Only if Indians support foreigner, then only they will have chance, if
membership proportion remains the same.
