Under the Rules of the TS (Adyar) the Vice-President is nominated by 
the President and elected by the members of the General Council. Why 
not wait and see what happens after the election?

I am now seven years older than I was in 2001, when the World Congress 
was held in Sydney. But though older I can remember that I never made 
the statement you attributed to me. We still have a few copies of the 
June 2001 issue of the magazine "Theosophy in Australia", which 
contains a summary of our discussions at the workshop on "Attract the 
Younger Generation to Theosophy" which was held during the Congress. If 
you want, I can send you a copy of the text.
