But we do need an able administrator, somone who will not drive whole sections out the Society over nonsense. Radha has been a disaster and has to go. John is no saint but he would be an infinite improvement.

If we want someone to improve the estate and the buildings, we need to get a

We do not elect a president to improve estate and buildings when the
membership is going downhill around the world as a %age of the world
population.
During C Jinarajadasa's time, there was a policy that no tree can be cut in
Adyar without specific permission of the President. Probably it is still
there. Not a bad idea at all.
