I presume that as a member of the TS in USA you should act according
to the By-laws of your Society and that the only way to make a
compliant (if you are not a member of the ES) is through your General
Secretary. Namely, the Theosophical Society in USA (as all national
societies) and the Theosophical Society, Adyar are two separate legal
entities and you are (as all of us) only indirectly member of the
Theosophical Society, Adyar.
