Looks like there is some new innovation at International level. It appears
that, the ballot will contain the names
of nominators so there is subtle msg to the voters who may be swayed
by the names of nominators they are familiar with or obligated to.

This is a clever technique which has been tested and perfected in the
USA in the "democratic" election system. It would be interesting see
how far it works this time in favor of new challenger.
If any of you run into any new interesting info, feel free to share
with everyone. Democracy will triumph in the long run and Internet is
there to help.
