 Would not Venus stand for the 3rd or 4th Rays?
 I really do not see Venus standing for 5th Ray, although Mars stands
 for the 6th Ray in my view as well.
 The 6th Ray is very mistreated. Were it not for its idealism, the
planet would have collapsed. But it is a quite dynamic energy with
propensity to struggle. 6th Ray line is supposed to enlighten in a way
that devotion and love are predominant. Devotion itself is expressive
of the 6th Ray so we can see how powerful this ray energy is. It is
very dynamic and not very peaceful.I have the feeling that I am a 3rd
or 6th Ray Soul. I am definately not 2nd Ray, though I have had more
contact with this Ray´s energy of balanced Wisdom and Love than with
all others. I have worked with a group quite discrete and we used to
do some works we had a member who would channel some things and energy
of some higher beings for the group. It was interesting. I never
thought that such a thing as the Violet Flame was really so powerful
and soft energy. 7th Ray is very different from 6th, in this aspect.
 BTW, I have read AAB´s books. At least the ones about the Rays when
they were still available for free online reading. Now I plan to buy a
new book on the 7 Rays which condenses info from the AAB books and
also other sources.
  In the Path the siddhi are inevitable for a number of reasons we are
told in theos literature. So it is better to know well the theory when
the practice time comes because we are told it is not an easy step, in
'the voice of the silence' we are told, 
       
"The name of Hall the second is the Hall of Learning.* In it thy Soul
will find the blossoms of life, but under every flower a serpent coiled."

  There may be joy in the Astral World, and goodness. But in every
siddhi, in every flower one may puck from the garden, with it comes
along a coiled naja serpent, what has also been called by those who
know, 'the gift and the curse'. There is nothing without a
compensation and the hall of learning is said to be the most elusive,
yet interesting realm.
