-Hi Cass after reading your story I think you have dne well to yourself.
But the slime of the arterian system has a lot of reasons, last I
readed we have it from the fine dust of the highroads, if you live
near them.
Cholesterol is a fairy tale, because they cannot find better reasons.
I know people with cholesterol of 11 and don't have anything wrong in
their system.
The best if to have 5 or 6 possibly 7 and not higher. But every system
of the individual is different.
Wonderous well.
My father have had attack starting with pain in his middle and left
arm and problems with breath.
But he stays eating too much NA CL Common salt and second time he lost
hsi life.
As you see also different kind of

Need also to be careful with sweets, for example cookies and
chocolates, for they convert into fats .

If we become older we need to burn more fats by movements or fitness.
Do people in your country walk like skying. We do here much with
twalking hat sticks and it is very healthy, for you use crosstraining
by and it feels like you fly, also don't asses your knees and legs too
much, while the crossing effect of using the arms give better
fatburning at all.
So you keep easy the body in health and have nice nature and fresh air
in the woods or forest.

Christina

Disease attacks 1 out of 2 women in the States (according to Oprah)
and has risen incredibly in Australia. I think it has more to do with
the trans fats in our food which causes the production of bad
cholesteral. My cholesteral wasn't too bad really, my bad cholesteral
was 4.5 and my good above average.

thank them for. Just in case this helps anyone else. I was fluffing
the Doona and after about the sixth time I noticed that I was getting
a stitch like pain in my chest. I sat down, as I thought that I had
overdone it and would need to cut down on the ciggies. After five
minutes the pain in my chest didn't subside so I laid on the bed, I
then began to feel very hot and nauteous and decided that better to be
safe than sorry so I rang the Ambulance. They were here within 8
minutes and within 30 minutes I was in a Mica ambulance on the way to
Hospital. One hour after arriving at hospital I had two stents placed
in my right artery which was 90 percent closed. Thankfully my pain
was not pleasant but nothing near as bad as I had imagined heart
attack pain would be. So don't wait if it happens to any of you.
They tell me that because I got medical assistance within 15 minutes
no major damage was done to

blood thinned, lower cholesteral, anti clotting agents, etc etc and
don't want to risk a stroke as a result of high blood pressure caused
by cigarettes.
