Seems to me that "inner autocratic" and "democratic" are, basically, open to individual interpretation (unless, of course, one thinks that one has blocked off a context/sense in which they are not open to interpretation?), so I tend to agree that some conflicts might be seen to be caused by differences between interpretations re "Society/  individual," "democratic/autocratic," etc.  But what if karma/maya is recognized as the cause of such conflicts?  Wouldn't that kind of recognition, or thought, tend to defuse some conflicts to some extent, in some cases, maybe (ie, in cases where there might be some interest in defusing some or certain kinds of conflicts?)?  Not that karma/maya isn't open to interpretation (not that "interpretation," itself, isn't karma/maya, as I tend to see it), but I thought some students of Theosophy, (or all students of Theosophy, for all I know), might have some interest in something like "working with karma in order to transcend karma," as opposed to "working with karma in order to have conflicts with karma."
