In his posting titled ---

"Tillett's Work -- And Theosophy"
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/theos-talk/message/38533

Mr. Aveline certainly makes ALOT of assumptions about Tillett!!

I almost lost count of them!

It would appear that Mr. Aveline is trying very hard to UPHOLD
Tillett's work on Leadbeater WHILE AT THE SAME TIME trying very hard
to DISCOUNT what Tillett has said about ULT.

But notice that Mr. Aveline doesn't actually deal with THE SUBSTANCE
of what Tillett said about the ULT.

Insted Mr. Aveline ignores THE VARIOUS STATEMENTS about ULT made by
Tillett and tries the "ad hominem" approach.

Are we surprised???

Witness the following:

(1) Tillett is "deeply un-interested in Theosophy"

(2) Tillett "does not pretend to be a theosophist."

(3) Tillett "is a specialist and he should see himself as such." And
Tillett "is obviously a specialist in Adyar."

(4) Tillett "only seeks to understand the outward and bureaucratic
levels of the ritualistic version of the Adyar theosophical movement."

(5) Tillett "cannot be expected to see the moral and spiritual
difference between the Leadbeater/Besant Society and the ULT."

(6) "As to the ULT, it seems he [Tillett] does not know it and does
not like it."

(7) Tillett "did not study the ULT. In order to be able to do that,
he probably would have to study Theosophy first."

(8) There may be more but that is enough!!!! :)

I really love reading some of Mr. Aveline's posts. Seriously!

Daniel
